All orders are shipped via Fed-Ex or USPS priority mail to the continental US 48 states. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Porto Rico or any Military APO-FPO addresses. You must provide a valid street shipping address or your order may be canceled and your payment refunded. Glowlite Candles does not accept any outside of US orders.Damages:
Any claim must be made within 10 days after receipt of candles. In case of damages, inspect shipping carton for any obvious damages. Please notify Glowlite Candles at 1-602-862-0592 with the specific candles that were damaged. Instructions will be given at that time.Credit and Returns:
No credit or returns without prior approval. Any credits will receive a credit certificate to apply toward next invoice.
